Banuo Ancient Tree
A pu erh tea consisting of thick tea leaves with visible downy buds harvested from ancient trees in Ba Nuo, Mengku. The tea leaves are handpicked in Spring 2022, and processed into maocha (loose tea). Afterwards it was aged for 7 months in loose-form, until we steamed and stone-pressed them into cakes in November 2022. The cakes are double-wrapped in two layers of paper for optimal further aging.
