Who is Li Bai?
Li Bai is a famous Chinese poet and tea lover who lived from the year 701 to 762 during the Tang dynasty. He was an inspiring poet who took the traditional poetic during his time to new heights. This is proven by the fact that 34 poems in the famous book called ‘300 Tang Poems’ are his work. According his personal writings, Li Bai contributes a part of his creativity to drinking his favorite green teas. Even though, historians are investigating which tea Li Bai was drinking while writing his poems, they haven’t succeeded until today.
