Description

One box contains 32 packs of approximately 8gram each.

Tea enthousiasts who drink our Shui Jin Gui for the first time, will like its softness on the sides of the mouth as well as an unique kind of sweetness. Its fruity and subtle amount of citrus notes reminds one of plums, interestingly contrasting the more common orchid aroma of most other teas from Wuyishan.

The minerality is perfectly balanced: it’s robust, yet not losing any complexity. The careful withering, rolling and slow and subtle hand roasting combined with continuous monitoring, is a testimony of great craftsmanship and dedication.

Shui Jin Gui: One of The 4 Famous Wuyi Rock Teas

This oolong tea is one of the 4 famous wuyi rock teas from Fujian. The other three are Tie Luo Han, Ba Ji Guan, and Da Hong Pao.
