Many years ago, during a visit to one of our suppliers in Wuyishan, I accompanied him on a trip to a local tea shop. The shop owner was frustrated with a batch of oolong tea that had lost its flavor. Upon inspection, it became clear that the tea had been exposed to excessive humidity, causing it to lose its fragrance.
