Gongfu method: Steep 5 grams of this milk oolong tea with 100ml of boiled water for 30 seconds. Transfer the tea into a pitcher and serve in small gongfu tea cups. For the next steeps, we recommend a steeping time of 10, 15, 20, 25, 40, and 80 seconds.
