It benefits from Dayi’s third-generation fermentation technology, showcasing the distinctive “Menghai flavour.” After a decade of natural aging, it has developed a deep, mellow aroma with notes of caramel sweetness and woody fragrance, while the lingering scent in the cup reveals hints of date and glutinous rice. The taste is mellow and smooth, with a subtle bitterness that quickly transforms into sweetness. Its well-balanced profile and velvety texture make it ideal for immediate enjoyment or further aging.
