Upholding Dayi’s signature “Menghai Flavor,” it’s crafted from premium Yunnan large-leaf sun-dried green tea raw material using Dayi’s unique “pile-fermentation” technique. The cake is pressed to optimal density, showcasing clear, intact leaves and visible golden tips.
Produced in 2016 as a ripe Pu’er, years of natural aging have mellowed its character. The liquor brews to a radiant, ruby-red clarity.
